A planning application has submitted for the conversion and extension of an agricultural barn located in the local conservation area near Faringdon, Oxfordshire.
Once converted the dwelling will provide 3 bedrooms and living spaces with open vaulted ceilings. The project aims to thermally upgrade the existing walls, floors, roof, windows and doors and to incorporate renewable technologies to achieve an extremely low energy home.
The project has been fully modelled in our 3D BIM Software that is not only a great tool to communicate the design in 3 dimensions but also removes design and coordination errors when a project progresses to site.
