Here’s an image of the proposed kitchen of a contemporary house that is currently being constructed in Swindon. The kitchen sits within a 15m long open plan space with an entire glazed wall and sliding doors to the rear garden. The floor will be finished using a specialist polished concrete screed to create a minimal appearance and will include underfloor heating to make it warm underfoot. Watch this for external images as the construction progresses on site.
Here are a few photos from the first 24hrs of a project we’re working on. What’s different with this one is the ground floor is almost complete after only a day of construction.
Factory-built eco-homes are produced in Germany and then put on a lorry to deliver to a site in the UK. Once here the house takes around 5 days before they are watertight and the keys are handed over the client.
You don’t see that often!
