Educational Campus project design demonstrates how to deliver effective stakeholder consultation
The image shows one of latest larger scale designs off our virtual drawing board. This is a complex and ambitious scheme to create an educational campus with a primary school, Local Authority nursery, private nursery, Community Centre, Children’s Services and Council Multi-Agency offices located under a single roof with a central combined entrance. The scheme includes significant highways works to create a new access road and to introduce a one-way system to improve pedestrians and vehicles safety.
This scheme is a great example of how Thinking Buildings engage and show a genuine commitment to the stakeholder consultation process. It is also great to see how the 3D BIM information helps to facilitate and communicate the proposals to a wider range of user groups and stakeholders, giving a clear idea of how the proposals will relate to the site and surrounding area, and how it will look.
This scheme has received support from all key stakeholders and we are hopeful that this scheme will progress to site later this year.
