This is our latest housing layout that was part of a developer bid submitted earlier this month. Whilst Thinking Buildings don’t do high volume (often questionable quality) housing schemes, we do enjoy working with smaller local developers on higher end infill schemes for typically 3-20 units.

We also work for site owners looking to maximise land value by securing planning consent for residential development. A good example of this was in Kidlington where we gained planning consent for 13 houses in the substantial garden of a 1930’s chalet bungalow – this resulted in over a 3 fold increase in the land value when the client sold the site.
