We seem to have had a great track record recently on our appeals for planning applications. This is the most recent which is an application for the construction of 2 new dwellings in the garden of a house in a small village within the Green Belt.
We’d argued this was infill development as set out in the Local Plan and NPPF, but the Local Planning Authority disagreed and refused the application. We then, with the help of a planning consultant appealed the decision and the inspectorate agreed and granted planning permission.
Great news for the client and us!!
