Thinking Buildings were appointed by Leicestershire County Council to put together a strategy to expand Ibstock Primary School from their current 1 Form Entry (1FE) to 2 Form Entry (2FE).
The resulting project is a two storey extension providing 5 classrooms and a double height multi function performance studio. The project was design in our 3D BIM software, which then allowed us to develop the presentation images, which were key in getting stakeholder engagement and a successful planning outcome.
The project was procured through the SCAPE framework with Leicestershire County Council under Design & Build with Willmott Dixon.
