We are delighted that phase 1 of the Christopher Rawlins Primary school expansion is complete and was handed over for use by the school on Friday. This project involves a 4 new classrooms (including nursery), staff room, hall extension, Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and new Foundation unit and outside play area. Phase 2 is already under way with a completion due in January 2018. We think the simple but bold approach to shape and colour looks great. It is fantastic that the school have been bold too by following our lead to introduce strong vibrant colours on the inside too.
The project is being delivered for the Diocese of Oxford and Oxfordshire County Council and is being constructed by Edgar Taylor. The project team also includes Baqus (cost consultants), Glanville (Structural & Civils) and CBG (M&E services). We will keep you updated of progress.
