TB Summer Fun!

Last week, Thinking Buildings once again treated staff to some well-earned food and fun (two things we are very good at having!) for our annual summer social event.

The day started with a lovely brunch at The Oxshed Cafe in Wallingford, a small town outside Oxford. We then had a great time shooting arrows, throwing axes, and dodging lasers, helped by the great team at Ridgeway Adventures. We’re pleased to report that no one was seriously injured, except maybe from laughing too much!

We then got to spend a nice evening in each others company for a meal at The Springs Golf Resort and Hotel, where we stayed the night. The following day, we had a stroll around Wallingford, a very picturesque town on the River Thames, famous for being the home of Agatha Christie for much of her life.

In a landscape post COVID, the Thinking Buildings team remain focused on upholding the connections and camaraderie that we gained from that time, and how it has shaped our new way of working. These such events allow us to all have fun together whilst also being an important way for us to show our team how much we value them. Roll on Christmas!
